Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Pre-Construction Services Manager to lead cost modeling, bidding, and project scheduling for commercial site projects. This role partners with design and construction teams to grow BrightView's geographic footprint.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pre-construction, strong cost modeling skills, and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across design-build or bid-build environments. Office-based with site visits and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial site/landscape construction or design-build.
• Demonstrated success managing projects >$1,000,000.
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Pre-Construction Fee Proposals.
• Manage Comprehensive Conceptual Cost Model packages.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors based on specs.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for bids.
• Create project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Prepare Pre-Qualification and Technical Proposal packages.
• Attend project progress meetings and review deliverables.
• Oversee quality control of Pre-Development deliverables.
