Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks a Pre-Construction Services Manager to lead cost modelling, scheduling, and design implementation within our Pre-Development Services team. You will prepare fee proposals, coordinate procurement, and guide multi-disciplinary efforts across projects.

This role requires travel to client meetings and mentorship of staff. Ideal candidates hold a BA/MA in construction management or related field with 10+ years in commercial site/landscape construction or design-build, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in construction or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial site/landscape construction or design-build environments.
• Proven track record managing multi-trade projects and bid/proposal activity.
• Experience with cost models, scheduling, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Pre-Construction Fee Proposals and concept cost models.
• Coordinate procurement and solicit subcontractor pricing for bids.
• Create project schedules and narratives describing scope of work.
• Lead Pre-Development deliverables and review cost models for accuracy.
• Travel to client meetings and mentor Pre-Development staff.
• Represent BrightView in industry organizations.
