Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks a Project Manager to work with the operations team to ensure services are delivered per contract, on budget and on schedule with high quality. The role requires coordinating with field crews, managing costs, preparing change orders, and serving as the main client contact for installations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction/landscaping, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction/landscaping industry with extensive field/build experience
• Proficient with MS Office, scheduling, project management, and digitizing software
• Strong work ethic and effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure services meet contract specs, on budget and on schedule
• Manage cost reports and budget variances; review labor quantities and phases for tracking
• Ensure timely monthly job billings and assist in change orders
• Serve as main client contact for project installation issues and gather customer needs
• Build strong relationships and provide clear information on products and services
• Ensure jobs meet plans, budget, and deadlines; deliver regular financials and schedules
• Inspect field work and collaborate to convert projects to maintenance contracts
• Forecast backlog and manage monthly costs to complete reports
• Represent the company with owners, clients, architects, GC and subs
• Demonstrate integrity and promote safety, quality, and customer service
