Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Project Manager to lead our operations team in delivering high-quality landscaping and construction services. You will ensure projects meet contract specifications, stay on budget, and align with planned schedules while maintaining strong client relations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field crews, preparing cost reports, managing change orders, and ensuring safety and quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field (landscape construction preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of construction/landscaping field experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; scheduling and project management tools.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service experience and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations to ensure services meet contract specs, on budget and on schedule.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and analyze variances to lower costs.
• Interface with owners, clients, architects, and contractors; build trusted client relationships.
• Oversee billing, change orders, and receivables with admin team.
• Lead site walkthroughs, inspections, and ensure safety compliance.
• Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and long-term maintenance opportunities.
