Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Project Manager to work with the operations team to deliver services per contract specifications, on budget, on schedule, and with high quality. The role involves coordinating with field teams, managing costs, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The candidate should have 3+ years in construction/landscaping, strong MS Office and scheduling software skills, and excellent communication. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction/landscaping industry with field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), scheduling, project management, and digitizing software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience and ability to build trust-based relationships; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure services meet contract specs, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and suggest cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure timely monthly job billings and assist in change orders and receivables coordination.
• Serve as main contact and trusted advisor to customers on project installation issues.
• Collaborate to convert construction projects into long-term maintenance contracts.
