Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Project Manager to work with the operations team to ensure services are delivered per contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule, and with a high standard of quality.

The role involves managing cost reports, preparing change orders, coordinating receivables, and serving as the main client contact on installation issues. A BA in related fields and 3+ years in construction/landscaping are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/landscaping with field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling/project management tools.
• Strong work ethic and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience; ability to address customer pain points.

Responsibilities

• Work with the operations team to ensure services meet contract specs, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage cost reports, analyze variances, and review labor quantities for tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly job billings and change orders.
• Coordinate receivables with office management and act as client liaison.
• Provide clear information about products/services and build client relationships.
• Ensure jobs are completed per plans, within budget, and on deadlines.
• Deliver periodic reports, schedules, and budgets; inspect field work and resolve issues.
• Collaborate to convert projects into long-term maintenance contracts.
