Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Project Development: Lead the strategic planning process for pre-construction activities, collaborating with senior management to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Estimating and Cost Analysis: Oversee the estimating process, including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs, and subcontractor quotes, to prepare accurate cost estimates for steel fabrication and erection services.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to pre-construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise and Documentation: Provide technical guidance on steel fabrication and erection methods, review drawings and prepare technical documentation.
