Sure Steel, Inc. seeks a Pre-Construction Manager III to lead the pre-construction phase of complex projects in Charlotte, overseeing planning, estimation, and client engagement from inception to the start of construction.

This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in steel fabrication and erection, and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. You will mentor teams, drive value engineering, and foster client partnerships.

Formación

• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with pre-construction, estimation, and client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning and Project Development: Lead the strategic planning process for pre-construction activities, collaborating with senior management to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Estimating and Cost Analysis: Oversee the estimating process, including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs, and subcontractor quotes, to prepare accurate cost estimates for steel fabrication and erection services.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to pre-construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise and Documentation: Provide technical guidance on steel fabrication and erection methods, review drawings and prepare technical documentation.
