Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members, monitor work progress, and provide guidance to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality inspections of work and address deficiencies or non-conformities.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials, tools and equipment, ensuring availability and readiness.
• Serve as the primary communication link between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and crews and plan work activities.
• Maintain daily activity records, including progress, manpower, equipment usage, and safety incidents; prepare daily reports.
