Job summary

MYR Energy Services, a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc, seeks a Pre-Construction Engineering Manager to oversee engineering for electrical substation, transmission, and distribution EPC projects nationwide from bid to closeout.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design, engineering, or PM experience on electrical, transmission, distribution, and substation EPC projects.
• PE license required.
• Experience leading project teams or consultants is a plus; EPC background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering for EPC electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects nationwide.
• Coordinate design engineering subcontractors and field liaison activities.
• Manage procurement of equipment and materials and interfaces with vendors.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities for EPC projects.
