One Medical in Hyannis, MA seeks an Operations Manager to oversee a Senior Health location, guiding office teams, phlebotomists and administration with clinical leadership support. You will drive patient and team experience, budgeting and performance across the Metropolitan Service Area.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader, proactive problem-solver, and strategic thinker with a focus on talent development, service excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing high-performing customer service or patient-facing teams
• 1 year managing multiple locations or large teams (10+ employees) or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics
• Experience mentoring and coaching talent with feedback and performance metrics
• Proven track record leading change management and process improvement
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare collaboration with clinicians is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead office teams using CICARE and Lean to achieve patient and team experience goals
• Drive operational, financial, and business performance including staffing and lab operations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and organizational metrics via Lean
• Develop team through onboarding, training, coaching and career development
• Partner with Clinical Leadership on quality, safety and compliance
• Drive strategic growth through cross-functional collaboration and new office launches
• Manage practice expenses, procurement and budget while reducing waste
• Oversee administrative functions including escalations and service recovery
