Qualifications

• 3+ years leading customer service or patient-facing teams.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations or large teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics.
• Experience mentoring and coaching talent with performance metrics.
• Proven change management and process improvement experience.
• Healthcare collaboration with clinicians is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead office team using CICARE and Lean to achieve patient and team experience goals.
• Drive operational, financial, and business performance including staffing and lab operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and organizational metrics through Lean.
• Develop team through onboarding, training, coaching, and career development.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership on quality, safety, and compliance.
• Drive growth through cross-functional collaboration and new office launches.
• Manage practice expenses, procurement, and budget while reducing waste.
• Oversee administrative functions including escalations and provider scheduling.
