One Medical in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a Senior Health location, guiding office teams and collaborating with clinical leadership to improve access to care.

You will manage operations, budgeting and patient experience, while developing talent and driving performance across the Metropolitan Service Area. This in-person role emphasizes service excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience as a direct manager of high-performing customer service or patient-facing teams.
• At least 1 year of experience managing teams in multiple locations or large teams (10+ employees).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, prioritize and problem-solve.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and accountability.
• Experience guiding change management and process improvement efforts in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead office teams using CICARE and Lean to achieve patient and team experience goals.
• Drive operational, financial, and business performance including staffing and lab operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and organizational metrics through Lean methods.
• Develop team through onboarding, training, coaching, and career development.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership on quality outcomes, safety, and compliance.
• Drive growth through cross-functional collaboration and new office launches.
• Manage practice expenses, procurement, and budget while reducing waste.
• Oversee administrative functions including escalations, service recovery, and provider scheduling.
