Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day practice operations across multiple locations. You will drive staffing, access, patient throughput, and performance reporting while guiding financial and operational strategy.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and collaboration with clinical leaders to improve quality and efficiency across the patient journey.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience with systems/software/technology components, e.g., Microsoft, Epic.

Responsibilities

• Partners with clinical operations leaders to direct day-to-day practice operations, including staffing, resources, access, patient throughput, reporting, and operational issues.
• Assesses, identifies, and implements opportunities for gains in access, quality, revenue, and expense control.
• Forecasts and develops operational and capital budgets, provides monthly/adhoc data interpretation and action plans.
• Manages practice-based revenue cycle charge capture and reconciliation, collections, internal controls, coding, and denial monitoring.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and communicates progress towards KPIs.
• Oversees expansion projects and ensures alignment with organizational strategy.
