Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a healthcare-related field with at least two years in management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising staff across multiple sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of multiple practice sites within an assigned geographic area.
• Develops, monitors, and responds to financial, service, and quality indicators.
• Recruits, coaches, and mentors staff to improve outcomes in patient care.
• Develops and manages capital and operating budgets in support of strategic plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
