The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with regional medical directors to optimize patient access and outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience in physician practice management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and overall performance of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates office and clinical staff.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve practice performance and financial outcomes.
• Oversees budgeting and financial analysis, contributing to future budgets.
• Monitors patient flow and staff coverage to ensure provider time is used effectively.
• Ensures compliance with regulations including OSHA and AHCA.
• Addresses issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.
• Assists with market growth strategies for the practices.
