Job summary

UCHealth Rangeview Loveland is seeking an experienced clinic operations manager to lead multi-specialty service lines across the region. You will oversee general operations, fiscal management, program development, and strategic planning to drive high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include developing departmental goals with leadership, managing staff relations, budgets, and vendor contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of clinic management experience.
• Preferred CMPE, FACMPE, or FACHE certifications.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals and budget with leaders.
• Optimize staff scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and supervision.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relations.
