You will recruit and mentor managers and clinical/admin staff, implement strategic plans for growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor performance through KPIs and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or business administration/management required.
• 3 years healthcare management experience required.
• AHA Heartsaver CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership for medical practices aligned with the hospital's mission and values.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of practice managers, medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Oversee financial aspects including budget development, revenue cycle management, and expense control.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for practice growth, patient access, and new services.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance and compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Focus on patient satisfaction and engagement, address concerns, and maintain high care quality.
• Improve processes for patient flow, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Oversee EHR usage and health IT to enhance care and performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs with regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrators to ensure coordinated patient care.
