Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager I to lead day-to-day operations at our Glenview and Highland Park locations in Illinois. The role entails overseeing staff, financial administration, and strategic planning to deliver high-quality patient care and a positive experience.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and compliance while driving growth and improving access to care across multiple sites within our system.

Formación

• 2 years experience in healthcare management.
• AHA CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of medical practices.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Manage budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize patient flow.
• Handle patient inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement quality assurance and regulatory compliance measures.
• Develop strategies to improve performance, access, and growth.
• Ensure effective use of EHR systems and healthcare tech.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Prepare and present performance reports.
