Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager I to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations in Illinois, including Glenview and Highland Park. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8AM–5PM hours and requires supervisory duties, budgeting, and patient-flow optimization to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or business administration/management is required.
• 2 years of healthcare management experience is required.
• AHA CPR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of medical practices to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise practice staff including medical assistants and administrative personnel.
• Manage the practice's financial aspects, including budgeting and revenue-cycle management.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize patient flow for timely care.
• Handle patient inquiries and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the practice.
• Develop strategies to improve practice performance, patient access, and growth.
• Ensure effective use of EHR and other healthcare technology.
