This role offers entrepreneurial autonomy, profit-focused project leadership, and a path toward ownership through a strong bonus program. Candidates should have 15+ years of civil engineering experience and a PE license.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of utility water projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities and authorities.
• Business development skills with proven ability to win work.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and grow a Water/Wastewater and Utilities practice.
• Proven track record of profitable project management.

Responsibilities
