Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our Water/Wastewater and Utilities practice in Northern Virginia. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering complex projects, and proactively growing the local practice with strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in civil engineering, a P.E. license, and proven business development skills to win and manage major water projects while mentoring junior staff and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of civil engineering, design, and management experience in utility water projects.
• PE license required; local municipalities and agencies relationships valued.
• Ability to win work and grow a Water/Wastewater and Utilities practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand multi-discipline teams on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide vision, business planning, and growth strategy for the local practice.
• Own project profitability and mentor staff to deliver high-quality results.
• Build and maintain client relationships with municipalities and authorities.
