Kimley-Horn is seeking a Practice Leader in the Puget Sound area to expand our Water/Wastewater and Utilities practice. You will manage and grow multi-discipline teams, develop a growth vision, and direct autonomous business initiatives while maintaining integrity and delivering client value.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in civil engineering, a PE license, and proven ability to win work, lead teams, and build lasting relationships with municipalities and water authorities in the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering, design, and management experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proven ability to win work and develop client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
