Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder in West Palm Beach to expand our Water/Wastewater practice. The role focuses on leading multi-discipline projects, building a growth-oriented local practice, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The candidate will manage teams, drive business development, and operate with autonomy to grow the practice with a strong emphasis on profitability and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of utility water projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Client contacts and relationships with municipalities and local authorities.
• Business development skills and proven ability to win work.
• Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, expand, and manage multi-discipline water/wastewater project teams.
• Create vision and growth strategy for the local water resource practice.
• Autonomously lead, direct, and grow the business and client base.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships across stakeholders.
• Grow and lead Water/Wastewater and Utilities practice.
