Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead our PR and media backbone within the Communications & Influence team. You will shape strategy, coordinate campaigns with partners, and drive thought leadership amplification across the organization and external media.

This role emphasizes data-informed storytelling, strong journalist relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to boost Kiva's impact visibility.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations with earned coverage.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns and managing stakeholders.
• Experience with PR agency management or agency partnerships is a plus.

• Lead PR, media strategy, and thought leadership efforts across channels.
