Job summary

Kiva, a global nonprofit, seeks a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification across the Communications & Influence team. You will translate borrower stories and impact data into compelling narratives and oversee campaigns with partners, hubs, and granting organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations with journalist relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute thought leadership strategies.
• Experience managing multi-partner campaigns and cross-functional coordination.
• Agency management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with PR tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advance Kiva's PR and thought leadership goals with the Director.
• Pull borrower stories and impact metrics to support media opportunities.
• Own Muck Rack tracking, media lists, and local pitching reporting.
• Develop partner resources to enable media opportunities with hubs and partners.
• Manage LinkedIn strategy and leadership narrative amplification.
• Coordinate campaigns across stakeholders with timely approvals.
