You will lead integrated programs, oversee multiple account teams, and translate complex business topics into compelling narratives for banking, consulting, and advisory clients.

You'll mentor a team of 5–10, manage budgets, develop client strategy, and drive measurable visibility and business impact through written content, media relations, and digital communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications agencies, with at least one year as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic media and analyst relations programs for Financial or Professional Services clients.
• Direct teams of 5–10 members, managing workflow, priorities, and team development.
• Provide strategic counsel aligned with each client’s business objectives and sector-specific goals.
• Oversee communications programs from kickoff through goal achievement, ensuring measurable impact.
• Develop and manage monthly and annual budgets, staffing allocations, and team priorities.
