Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting.
• Background in healthcare, health-tech, life sciences, or medical technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing media relationships and securing impactful placements.
• Strong writing and editing skills across a variety of formats and audiences.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and leading day-to-day client work.
• Comfort with data, analytics, and ROI reporting.
• A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and desire to lead within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical execution of PR programs including media relations, awards, speaking, and content.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, aligning with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead regular client communications, including weekly PR calls and check-ins.
• Provide strategic counsel—even under high-pressure or reactive circumstances.
• Develop and present quarterly campaigns and PR plans with creative themes and thought leadership.
• Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for client commentary.
• Participate in media training sessions and handling follow-up.
• Develop budget recommendations and team priority allocations.
