Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power Major Programs team to tackle decarbonization and utility modernization, delivering greenfield and brownfield high voltage projects from concept to close-out. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and foster strong client relationships to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates have ABET engineering degrees, 10+ years of project management in power delivery, and experience with large-scale substations and transmission lines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or an advanced management/business degree.
• 10+ years’ of project management experience in managing power delivery projects from initiation through financial project close out as part of any CapEx, or OpEx portfolio.
• Experience delivering greenfield/brownfield OH T-line (138kV to 765kV), Rebuild/Reroute, Substation, Protection & Control, P&C, SCADA, Telecom and/or IPP, Data Centers, Industrial Customer, Battery Storage projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams to manage projects through concept to close-out, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Prepare and update financial forecasts, schedules, and reports per PM process.
• Coordinate engineering design development, submittals, and quality review.
• Manage client relationships and resolve issues to maintain positive engagements.
