Job summary

Everllence seeks a Senior Tendering Manager to expand business in the US power sector from its Brookshire, TX base. You will define regional strategies with Sales Managers, identify partners for RFQs, and lead complex turnkey bid activities.

You will mentor junior tendering staff and coordinate cross-functional teams in Augsburg, Purchasing, and other departments to craft competitive offers. The role requires a deep market knowledge of power generation, a proven bid record above 100 M USD, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of tendering or business development experience in power plants.
• Proven track record of successful bids & contracts over 100 M USD.
• Excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define regional strategy with Sales Managers.
• Build relationships with partners for RFQs and projects.
• Lead the complete bidding process for turnkey power plants.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with customers.
• Prepare winning bids with all required documents.
• Mentor and train new tendering managers.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
