Job summary

Foundation Personnel Inc seeks experienced Senior Project Managers with a background in US Power T&D construction to lead major transmission, distribution and substation projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts and diverse project teams while coordinating with utilities, clients and engineers.

Responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality and profitability, handling change orders, forecasting and risk, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing US transmission, distribution and/or substation construction projects.
• Strong project financial and scheduling experience.
• Experience with utilities and/or major power contractors.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts and project teams
• Coordinate with utilities, clients, engineers, subcontractors and field teams
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality and profitability
• Manage change orders, forecasting, risk and client relationships
• Support estimating, proposals and business development where required
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate with Construction Managers and Superintendents
