Job summary

Foundation Personnel Inc. seeks experienced Construction Managers with a background in US Power T&D construction to lead field execution and delivery across transmission, distribution and substation projects.

You will lead day-to-day activities, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate with PMs, engineers and clients, and ensure safety, schedule and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience within US Power Transmission, Distribution and/or Substation construction
• Strong field leadership and crew management experience
• Experience working with utilities and/or Power T&D contractors
• Strong understanding of electrical and utility construction practices
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, manpower and resources
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with high-voltage, transmission, distribution or substation projects preferred
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
