PROPWR seeks a Principal Engineer to lead and shape the Power Generation Division's technical vision. This role provides mentorship and sets standards across generators, turbines, switchgear, and balance-of-plant equipment while collaborating with executive leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable operations.

You will guide engineering strategy, oversee design reviews, testing, and commissioning, and advance maintenance programs toward predictive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in power generation/electrical systems.
• Minimum 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• PE license required.
• Experience with: power generation systems, switchgear, transformers, and medium-/low-voltage systems.
• Experience with commissioning, field deployment, and testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, governance, and best practices.
• Provide senior technical advisory to executive leadership on engineering strategy and system performance.
• Own technical direction of PROPWR's complete power system.
• Oversee SAT, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Review control logic and protection schemes; manage troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Revamp engineering processes, SOPs, and documentation workflows.
• Drive predictive maintenance and data analytics initiatives.
