Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or actively eligible and preparing to sit for the PE exam.
• Experience supporting power generation, substations, utility, or heavy industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of medium- and high-voltage power systems, substations equipment, power distribution, transformers, switchgear, and protective relaying.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs, calculations, one-line diagrams, specifications, and construction documents for power generation and substation projects.
• Perform engineering studies related to power distribution, protection, grounding, and electrical system reliability.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, controls, and project teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Support equipment selection, technical evaluations, vendor coordination, and engineering reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide engineering support during construction, commissioning, startup, and technical troubleshooting activities.
