Job summary

Concord Engineering Group, INC. is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for the Power & Infrastructure Department.

You will lead design execution for projects focused on microgrids, distributed generation, and grid-edge electrical systems, with responsibility for technical leadership and client relationships. The candidate will manage multi-discipline projects, respond to RFPs, and ensure designs meet codes and client needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering; PE licensure required.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in power, distributed generation, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit and multi-discipline project execution.
• High and Medium voltage systems experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong technical writing/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution for projects and deliver system designs for microgrids and grid-edge systems.
• Design grid-connected power generation systems and related electrical diagrams and interconnection applications.
• Develop electrical equipment, materials and installation specifications.
• Evaluate equipment proposals and review technical submittals.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on projects.
