Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Systems Analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive power system analyses to support interconnection reports and reliability assessments.
• Identify transmission system upgrades needed for reliability and operational challenges.
• Assess system adequacy and reliability to ensure PJM grid performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the System Planning Division.
• Collaborate with transmission owners and stakeholders to refine reinforcements and planning activities.
• Represent PJM on industry committees and task forces addressing planning topics.
