Job summary

ProSidian Seeks a Power Systems Engineer Project Manager [Electrical Engineer] for Baseline Project Support across CONUS, with emphasis on WAPA DSW transmission initiatives. The position combines project initiation, scope, scheduling, budgeting, and owner’s engineer oversight for high‑voltage assets.

Hybrid work arrangements (On/Off client site and virtual) with Phoenix, AZ area travel as required. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical engineering, 10+ years PM, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or utility infrastructure.
• Minimum ten (10) years as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Deputy Project Manager with scope, schedule, and cost control accountability.
• Five (5) years of project-management experience with high-voltage transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Project Manager and Owner’s Engineer for WAPA DSW transmission projects.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control projects from development to turnover.
• Coordinate design-bid-build interfaces among multiple stakeholders.
• Apply FAR-based construction administration and documentation practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
