Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead EPC projects across Substation, Transmission and Distribution initiatives in the U.S. This role covers proposal through closeout, emphasizing cost, schedule, risk, and quality controls.

You will direct engineering teams, coordinate with clients and executives, and ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety standards in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment. A hybrid work model is available with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams for high/extra-high voltage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout for EPC clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk across multiple projects.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular progress reporting.
