Job summary

Revamp Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Power Systems Engineer III to lead studies and ensure safe, reliable grid interconnections for utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will independently manage multiple projects, own defined scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor junior engineers.

You will apply sound engineering judgment, communicate trade-offs, and present findings in client and project meetings. Strong technical skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• EIT certificate or PE licensure desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in power systems analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of power systems software (ETAP, CDEGS, CYMCAP, PSS/E, PSLF).
• Experience with PV solar, BESS, transformers, and BOS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead system studies including short circuit, load flow, and power quality analyses.
• Design collection systems, cable routing, and sizing.
• Create equipment specifications for renewable energy systems.
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients and project teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposals for services.
