Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership on Power sector projects within the Environmental Services team. You will oversee delivery, budgets, and client stewardship while coordinating multi-discipline efforts across the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental engineering background, 10+ years of experience, and a PE license in the target states. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and regulatory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Technical Lead for Power Sector engineering projects, including reviewing and sealing projects.
• Plan, organize, and manage production of deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership for projects in Virginia and occasionally other Mid-Atlantic locations.
• Mentor junior engineers in hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, design calculations, and reporting.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and teams; coordinate with multiple disciplines.
