Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Production Manager to provide technical leadership on Power sector projects within its Environmental Services team in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, WV, NC, SC). The role involves directing plan production, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client specifications.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and staff while supporting HSSE policies and business development opportunities with utilities and project sponsors.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Task Lead for Power Sector engineering projects across plan production.
• Oversee AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting technician support for plan and document development.
• Prepare conceptual and construction plans addressing environmental constraints and civil/utility aspects.
• Plan, organize, and manage project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Create civil utility models and designs for water, sewer, gas, telecom, and electrical systems.
