Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Power) in California to lead complex power projects across generation, transmission, substations, and grid modernization, ensuring alignment with client expectations, Worley policies, safety, schedule and cost.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across global offices, develop and implement the Project Execution Plan, monitor milestones and KPIs, and drive value through proactive risk, cost control and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in power, utilities, or energy infrastructure.
• At least 12 years in project management, technical leadership, or supervisory roles.
• Experience delivering transmission, distribution, substations, or grid modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, productivity, and budget.
• Lead execution of power projects across generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate across Worley offices to deliver strategic power projects.
• Cross-sector efforts for clean and decarbonization initiatives in power.
