Job summary
Connsci is seeking a Sr. Power Platform and SharePoint Developer and Administrator to support a federal client. The role covers senior‑level administration, solution development, and governance for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform within a GCC High shared tenant environment.
You will handle governance, ALM, security, and compliance while delivering scalable solutions and providing user training and ongoing platform support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration.
- At least 1 year of Azure DevOps experience.
- Current Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance.
Responsibilities
- Administer SharePoint Online as Site Collection Administrator.
- Manage site provisioning, hub alignment, permissions, and external sharing.
- Govern Governance & Controls; enforce governance and coordinate changes with tenant administrators.
- Oversee Power Platform environments, configurations, and connectors; monitor usage and risk indicators for compliance.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder solutions.
- Ensure accessibility (Section 508), compliance, and documentation; manage ALM with Azure DevOps.
