PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to administer DAF365 SharePoint environments and design, develop, and sustain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.

This role provides technical leadership, governance, and stakeholder support across SharePoint hubs, sites, libraries, and integrations in GCC and GCC High. The candidate will lead requirements, build secure solutions, troubleshoot identity issues, and mentor teams while maintaining comprehensive

Qualifications

• Advanced SharePoint Site Collection and permissions management.
• Advanced Power Automate development, including OData and complex workflows.
• Advanced Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with Power Fx and connectors.
• Advanced Power BI with DAX, data modeling and SharePoint integration.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, GCDS, Okta and Zero Trust concepts.
• Ability to lead requirements, design, development, testing, and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

• Administer DAF365 SharePoint hubs, site collections, sites, libraries and lists.
• Configure permissions, sharing, access controls and Zero Trust security.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into sustainable solution designs.
• Design and develop advanced Power Automate workflows and integrations.
• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and connectors.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, reports and dashboards.
• Integrate SharePoint data with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Use JSON and configuration methods to improve forms and UX.
• Troubleshoot access and identity issues (Entra ID, GCDS, Okta).
• Lead reviews, testing, release planning, and QA for Power Platform solutions.
• Maintain documentation and provide stakeholder training.
