Job Summary: Senior Power Platform & SharePoint Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Forms within a Microsoft 365 GCC environment.
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the SharePoint Online platform to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available services.
- Design, create, and update internal and external SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, modern pages, and system documentation.
- Develop and maintain PowerApps applications and customized forms for business process automation, intake, and tracking.
- Implement and manage Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, reminders, and file routing, integrating Forms and Dataverse as needed.
- Work collaboratively to deploy and configure Copilot for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and security controls.
- Design and configure Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, and security roles mapped to agency groups.
- Perform troubleshooting, triage, and root cause analysis on complex technical issues across infrastructure, client devices, applications, and cloud services.
- Configure and utilize standard and premium Microsoft 365 connectors.
- Ensure quality control, compliance, and documentation for all SharePoint Online projects and activities.
- Collaborate with security teams to address and mitigate identified security risks and findings.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for content retention, data loss prevention (DLP), boundary control, and access rights.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently, demonstrating strong organization and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours or weekend maintenance and support as necessary.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Forms within a Microsoft 365 GCC environment.
- Ability to administer, monitor, and maintain SharePoint Online for secure, compliant, and highly available services.
- Experience designing and configuring Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, and security roles.
- Proficiency with standard and premium Microsoft 365 connectors.
- Strong troubleshooting, triage, and root cause analysis skills across multiple domains.
