Job summary

Connsci is seeking a Sr. Power Platform and SharePoint Developer and Administrator to support a federal client in a GCC High environment.

The role combines senior administration, solution development, and governance across SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. You will administer SharePoint Online as Site Collection Administrator, manage Power Platform environments, and implement CoE governance, while delivering secure, compliant solutions and maintaining thorough documentation for audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience is required.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online administration experience.
• 1+ year of Azure DevOps experience.
• Active Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Online administration as Site Collection Administrator.
• Manage provisioning, hub alignment, permissions, and external sharing.
• Governance and coordination with tenant administrators.
• Manage Power Platform environments, configurations, and connectors.
• Monitor usage, solutions, and risk indicators for compliance.
• Implement CoE-based governance and lifecycle tracking.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Ensure accessibility (Section 508) and documentation.
• ALM: source control, pipelines, and environment promotion via Azure DevOps.
• Enforce versioning, change control, and deployment standards.
• Apply RBAC principles and support audits, security reviews, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and user training; maintain SOPs and knowledge base.

Connsci is seeking a Sr. Power Platform and SharePoint Developer and Administrator to work in support of one of our federal clients. This individual will provide senior-level administration, solution development, and governance support for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform within a Microsoft 365 GCC High shared tenant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Online Administration
  • Administer SharePoint Online as Site Collection Administrator
  • Manage site provisioning, hub alignment, permissions, and external sharing
  • Enforce governance and coordinate changes with tenant administrators
• Power Platform Administration
  • Manage Power Platform environments, configurations, and connectors
  • Monitor usage, solutions, and risk indicators for compliance
• Governance & Controls
  • Implement CoE-based governance practices
  • Oversee solution intake, maker enablement, and lifecycle tracking
  • Prevent shadow IT and solution sprawl
• Solution Design & Development
  • Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder
  • Ensure accessibility (Section 508), compliance, and documentation
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Manage source control, pipelines, and environment promotion using Azure DevOps
  • Enforce versioning, change control, and deployment standards

  • Apply role-based access and least-privilege principles
  • Support audits, security reviews, and compliance efforts
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise stakeholders

  • Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support
  • Deliver user training and maintain documentation (SOPs, knowledge base)
  • Continuously improve governance and support processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration
• At least 1 year of Azure DevOps experience
• Current Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert; or SharePoint Administrator/Developer certification.
• Experience in GCC or GCC High environments.
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit or equivalent governance tooling
• An understanding of SPO security and complex permissions structure.
• Dataverse data modeling and security role design experience
• Experience with JSON formatting, Power Fx, and modern SharePoint page design

Location:

This role requires onsite presence during an initial ramp up period (usually 60 days) and then allows for primarily remote work. However, occasional onsite attendance may still be required for meetings, coordination activities, and other Government-directed work. The office location is in Washington, DC and is Metro and rail accessible.
