Job summary

Standish Management seeks a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Technical Lead to own enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions. You will shape architecture, governance, and automation while collaborating with the CIO and VP of Global IT Operations.

Lead SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and integration initiatives, mentoring teams to deliver scalable, secure designs across fund administration workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
• SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, metadata, and search.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse knowledge from production to production.
• Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST APIs exposure.
• Strong written technical documentation and governance experience.
• Ability to own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm’s SharePoint Online strategy, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
• Design scalable sites, navigation, metadata, and search capabilities.
• Lead enterprise content migration using ShareGate.
• Design source-to-target mappings and migration validation procedures.
• Evaluate native Microsoft capabilities before introducing custom development.
• Support integration of SharePoint content with Copilot and AI capabilities.
• Establish governance, ALM pipelines, and platform monitoring.
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
