Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer for the Richmond, IN area.

You will design, build, and support SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform solutions, acting as a technical lead and coordinating cross-functional projects across IT and business units. You’ll translate business needs into scalable M365 solutions, enforce governance, and mentor junior staff while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in related field.
5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
5+ years of IT project leadership.
Knowledge of M365 security and permissions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Senior Technical Lead for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
Design, build, and support SharePoint Online sites and information architecture; Power Apps; Power Automate.
Lead and manage Microsoft Power Platform-related projects, including requirements gathering, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Translate business needs into secure, scalable M365 solutions and establish governance and standards.
Coordinate work across IT teams, vendors, and business units; mentor junior staff.
Create and maintain clear technical and project documentation.
