Job summary

Dynanet Corporation seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 and Power Platform lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Power BI solutions. You will lead projects from concept to launch, work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and ensure secure, accessible, and well‑designed products.

In this role, you will mentor developers, define project roadmaps, and enforce governance for the M365 environment while collaborating

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects from requirements through deployment
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate needs into technical solutions
Proven capability to mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews
Experience with accessibility requirements (Section 508) and delivering secure, accessible solutions

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365/Power Platform projects from scoping to delivery
Act as technical lead and mentor team members
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and automate workflows
Design SharePoint Online sites and Power BI dashboards, and configure Dataverse/Dynamics 365 CE
Establish development standards, governance, and best practices for M365 environment
Review deliverables for quality, performance, security, and maintainability
