Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technical Digital Lead and Solution Architect to drive the organization’s digital modernization. You will transform manual processes into secure, automated, data-driven solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Salesforce and BI tools.

Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience traveling to client sites up to 50%.
- Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrating Salesforce.
- Experience building dashboards/analytics with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to technical teams and executives.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital modernization initiatives transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions.
- Architect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions to improve collaboration and operations.
- Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations to streamline workflows.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce for data-driven decisions.
- Develop technical requirements, SOWs, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
- Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to ensure secure, high-quality solutions.
