Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on software engineer with deep Microsoft Power Platform knowledge, including UiPath understanding, to design, configure and develop Power Platform solutions. You will lead projects from discovery to deployment, train users, and contribute to governance and standards.
On-site work in McLean, VA with up to 25% travel for client engagements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of professional experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.
- Selected Candidate must be able to commute onsite to the client as needed.
- US Citizenship is contractually required
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer with PowerApps/Power Automate
- Experience in designing complex common data models
- Understanding of RPA development lifecycle and UiPath
- Familiarity with RPA Control Room and scheduling
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Knowledge of writing technical requirements and test scripts
Responsibilities
- Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
- Identify client requirements through discovery meetings
- Deliver services and solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and custom development
- Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform solutions
- Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation
- Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs include data visualization and low-code apps
- Develop and refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools
- Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
- Ensure high-quality, bug-free development per coding standards
- Participate in daily scrums and provide status reports
- Collaborate to design and implement enterprise Dynamics solution with high quality and reliability
- Serve as Power Platform SME with system architecture and security management
- Create design documentation for new solutions
- Coordinate with support team for production issues
- Stay updated on latest Power Platform updates and roadmap features
